Accredited Breathwork Training - Apprenticeship
This accredited Breathwork Training is 400-hour training where you will learn how to facilitate a Breathwork session both online and offline, group sessions, 1-2-1 sessions, all aspects of Breathwork practices, the anatomy and physiology, trauma, plus so much more.
Clare is a teacher with the school and through the Apprenticeship pathway, will expertly guide you and create a bespoke course for you, so whatever you want to achieve, we will make a plan and ensure that you meet your goals.

“The Breathing Space Apprenticeship is a unique way of becoming a Breathwork Facilitator. Most facilitator training programs are done in group training which starts and ends at a particular time. That’s been the dominant education model for the last 200 years, but it is not the only model. Historically, Wisdom Traditions such as Yoga and Buddhism were very different. A student would sit at the guru’s foot and soak up all of the wisdom. Once the guru deemed that the student was ready, they could teach. ”

Flexibility
This course was designed for those who might need a bit more flexibility in their schedules due to work or family commitments. Or, those who might have learning needs beyond the traditional educational model. As you set your schedule and the pace of the course, you are in charge!
Personalisation
The Breathing Space Apprenticeship is one-on-one with your teacher, so the course content will be tailored to you and your learning needs. Want to go more in-depth on a particular topic? Need longer to complete an assignment? No problem! In conjunction with your teacher, you set the parameters. If you want that personal one-on-one connection with a teacher to help you learn in a way that is best for you, then this is the pathway for you.
Accelerated Learning
Maybe you are already a wellness professional with a strong background in adjunct therapies, or you are ready to complete your training in an accelerated way. The apprenticeship offers the flexibility to shorten or extend the time taken to complete the course.
